He is an active photographer and was a full time studio manager for Bruce Forster, a well-known local commercial photographer.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify; "> <span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;">A Portland native, Troy is a digital imaging specialist who’s also proficient at file archiving/retrieval, photo research, and fine art printing. His work has been published in periodicals such as The Columbian, Photographers Forum, The Portland Tribune and The Portland Mercury.
